Last updated: August 30, 2026
Sandi Education (“Sandi Education,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the Sandi Education Android application (package name: com.sandieducation.app), the website at https://sandieducation.com/, and related education, training, course, account, and support services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Depending on how you use the Services, you may provide:
- Account and contact information, such as your name, username, email address, phone number, and password.
- Profile information, such as a profile photo and other details you choose to add.
- Education and course information, such as course enrolments, learning progress, quiz or assessment responses, assignments, certificates, and interactions with instructors.
- Transaction information, such as courses or services purchased, order history, billing details, and payment status. Payment providers may process payment-card or financial information on our behalf. Sandi Education does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.
- Communications and support information, including messages, enquiries, feedback, and information you send through contact forms or customer-support channels.
- User content, such as documents, images, assignments, or other materials that you choose to upload or submit through an available feature.
Information collected automatically
When you access the Services, our systems and service providers may automatically receive limited technical and usage information, including:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- Device type, operating-system version, browser type, language, and app version.
- App and website activity, such as pages or screens viewed, course interactions, access dates and times, and referring pages.
- Diagnostic, performance, error, security, and crash information.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep users signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, and understand basic service usage.
Device permissions
The app may request a device permission only when it is needed for a user-requested feature, such as selecting or uploading a profile image, document, or assignment, or receiving notifications. You can manage permissions in your device settings. Denying an optional permission may prevent the related feature from working but should not prevent use of unrelated features.
We do not intentionally access contacts, SMS messages, call logs, precise location, microphone recordings, health information, or other sensitive device data unless a feature clearly requires it and we first provide an appropriate explanation and permission request.
2. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To create, authenticate, secure, and manage user accounts.
- To provide courses, learning content, assessments, progress tracking, certificates, and other requested education services.
- To process enrolments, orders, and payments and maintain transaction records.
- To communicate about accounts, courses, service updates, support requests, and administrative matters.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Services.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical or security incidents.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations and enforce our terms.

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to the following recipients:
- Service providers: providers that support website or app hosting, data storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, security, customer support, and other technical operations.
- Payment and transaction providers: payment processors, banks, and related providers involved in completing a user-requested purchase.
- Instructors and authorized staff: instructors, administrators, and staff who need relevant information to provide courses, assess work, track progress, issue certificates, or support students.
- Legal and safety recipients: regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities, professional advisers, or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the Services.
- Business transfers: a successor or relevant party in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We require providers handling information for us to use it only for authorized purposes and to apply appropriate safeguards.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, authentication, restricted staff access, system monitoring, backups, and encrypted transmission where supported. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain an account, complete transactions, meet education or certification needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the Services, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason it is held.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are securely overwritten, unless longer retention is required by law.
6. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Sandi Education account and associated personal information by emailing sandiwin07@gmail.com with the subject Delete My Sandi Education Account. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account and include enough information for us to identify and verify the account.
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize information associated with the account, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate obligations. Deleting an account may permanently remove course access, learning progress, submissions, and certificates.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request a copy of information you provided. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You may update certain account information through the Services, adjust app permissions in Android settings, manage browser cookies through browser settings, and opt out of marketing communications.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services may be used for education and training. A child should use the Services only with the involvement and authorization of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized educational institution where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly use children’s personal information for targeted advertising or sell children’s personal information.
If you believe that a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us at sandiwin07@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to websites, payment services, learning resources, social platforms, or other services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their privacy notices before providing information to them.
10. International Processing
Information may be processed or stored in countries where Sandi Education or its service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your location. Where required, we take reasonable steps to apply appropriate safeguards to such processing.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, technology, Services, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, website, or another appropriate method.
